Kootenay Cutting Concrete & Scanning will not accept any responsibility whether invoice signed or not. Customer agrees that if Kootenay Cutting Concrete & Scanning has performed GPR before cutting – Kootenay Cutting Concrete & Scanning is still not responsible for any cut objects in concrete or below slab.
